Immobilization (Relay or Buzzer)
Relay is used to immobilize vehicles, block engine or limit access to the driving.
This equipment is supported by all Xirgo Global devices of FMS series: ONE, Light, Light+, StCAN, Tacho, XtCAN.
I. Immobilization in case of theft.
In such case, output of device, where relay is connected, is controlled by SMS or GPRS commands.
a) Physical connection.
Connect equipment as in schematics below:
Every pin of relay is numbered, you can find marks on body of relay.
Pins 85 and 86 are controlling circuit. Connect 85th pin of Relay to Output of device (for example, OUT1), 68th pin - to constant positive power.
30 and 87A is circuit, cutting vehicle's system. It is recommended to cut starter's feeding wire, as it is safe method to immobilize a vehicle. To 30 and 87A connect both ends of wire you cut.
Note. In case of using 87A pin - your relay works in Normally Closed mode. After reception of SMS/GPRS command, it enables output and it cut the wire of vehicle's system. In case of removing of device, or fault of relay, you can continue using vehicle without immobilization.
b) Adjustments in Logic Template.
To configure device to work with external equipment, need to make adjustments in Logic template, assigned to your device. Configuration description for regular devices: Immobilization configuration.
Note. It is forbidden to block ignition or fuel pump, because it is extremely dangerous. By mistake, can be blocked vehicle in motion. So we recommend to block starter. Otherwise need to use speed limit in configuration to make immobilization safe.
c) Displaying in Monitoring platform.
In Monitoring platform you can monitor status of Output. For that use digital parameter IN10 for Out1 (IN11 for Out2, IN12 for Out3).
II. Immobilization to limit access to the vehicle.
In this scenario, vehicle is blocked until presentation of driver's ID. After presentation of valid tag, vehicle get unblocked.

Connect white wire of iButton Reader to 1Wire interface of device (brown wire). Gray wire - connect to Ground. Such connection is enough to read IDs and send them to the platform.
Note. Ibutton reader has integrated LED, so if you want to use it, need to connect more wires: Brown - is plus of Red LED, Green - plus of Green LED, Yellow - ground for LEDs. Plus of LED should be connected using resistor of 1kOhm (in 12V systems) or 5kOhm (in 24V systems).

iButton ID will come in dallas_id parameter in hex format.
