Warranty service registration

Please follow this procedure:

1. Check if device is eligible for warranty service. Warranty is valid for 2 years since the first activation date.

2. Register devices in Excel form. Form is attached below.

3. Upload Excel file to Service Desk: https://sensatacloud.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/group/98/create/288

4. Send devices only when you get a confirmation from the service desk agent.
