RESPA ADVISOR Air Quality monitoring
1. Description
This script integrates the SY-KLONE RESPA Advisor+ 2.0 pressure, dust, and CO₂ monitoring system with Xirgo SDK devices. It parses all RESPA CAN messages and lets user map each available measurement to a user-defined sensor. This allows the user to expose RESPA parameters (e.g., cabin pressure, filter status, particulate levels, CO₂ concentration) through standard Xirgo sensors for streamlined air-quality monitoring within the vehicle telemetry workflow.
2. Devices Supported
LX40 Series
LX44
LX45
3. Device Connection
The RESPA Advisor+ 2.0 has to be connected with it’s CAN lines to our device to either CAN1 or CAN2 lines.
4. Setting Up
First of all the CAN bus has to be set up to script access on the channel to which the RESPA Air Quality Monitoring device is set up. It can be found under Hardware → CANx → CAN function ID.
In the configuration template, select “Script” → “Script1” → “Script” and choose “Respa_Advisor_Air_Quality_Monitoring_1.X.X”. Available script versions appear in the table in section 5 of this page.
Once the script is added, a dropdown menu labeled Script@Respa_Advisor_Air_Quality_Monitoring will appear.
First of all the CAN bus channel has to be set to which the Respa device is connected to.
The following dropdown is for Time and System information and contains all the data the Respa device sends and it can all be each assigned to a User-Defined sensor.
Filter information tab contains the Filter number and all of its data that’s assigned to it. The user can make replicas of this tab up to 8 times and select the Filter number for each of the replicas and assign values to User-Defined sensors.
