Wiegand26 sensors is supported on Xirgo Global devices with at least two inputs. This is one of examples for one of many wiegand26 readers, all devices supporting wiegand26 protocol will work with Xirgo Global devices.

1. Physical Connection

IronLogic CP-Z 2L or CP-Z 2EP Sensor wire color coding:

Blue

Wiegand26 communication is set up on inputs IN2 and IN3.

2. Adjustments in Configuration

To configure device to work with Wiegand26 sensors in XDM configuration template under ‘Hardware'->’Wiegand26'->'Wiegand26 settings' enable ‘Wiegand26 function'

Then go to ‘Hardware'->’Digital inputs threshold'->'Inputs threshold settings' and set voltage threshold to around 3V

To configure device to send Wiegand26 sensor parameters to telemetry server following sensors needs to be added to payload:
