How to decode LED indicator blinking pattern?

1 Long blink.

Device is online.

Enjoy.

2 Long blink.

Device can’t connect to server.

Try to reboot device or force to connect to server.

If using private APN, make sure XDM or telemetry server is whitelisted by the operator.

3 Long blink.

Device cant connect to internet.

a) Check the APN, maybe device is trying to connect to internet with wrong APN (most common issue);
b) Check the SIM card itself. Maybe it does not have internet access.

4 Long blink.

No GPRS registration.

Check the SIM card.
Most probably network provider did not enable GPRS service.

5 Long blink.

No GSM registration.

Check the SIM card.
a) Most probably network provider did not enable GSM service;
b) Maybe SIM card is 3G or 4G.

6 Long blink.

Device can’t read SIM card.

Check the SIM card.
a) Maybe PIN code active;
b) Maybe issues with SIM holder;
c) Maybe the SIM card chip is damaged.

7 Long blink.

Modem does not turn ON.

a) Check power supply connection (not enough current);
b) Modem issue (very rare).
