Mass Update of Devices

Using XDM configurator you don't need to configure or update devices one by one. You can do it massively and save you time.

Step 1: Filter devices, which need to be updated.

In Devices tab of XDM, insert IMEIs of devices, which need to be updated, to advanced search window.

Click Search.

Step 2: Select devices for update.

Select devices, which need updates, by ticking boxes on the left to IMEIs:
If you want to update all devices, use “Select all” option, additionally you can select only a page.

Step 3: Configure which fields should be updated.

Click Mass Operations button.

Note. Some settings, for example Logic Template, can be updated only for the same Hardware version at a times. So it is recommended to update different types of devices separately. For example, all StCANs ant once, then all ONE SOL devices, etc.

Select which fields should be updated, by ticking checkbox on the left to field name, then insert text:

Click Update.
