Transfering Devices

If you have created your net of your sub-dealers (more in Dealers), you will need to transfer devices from your account to your sub-dealer's or client's account. For that, use the following steps.

Transfer of single device

For transferring of single device, find it in Devices tab and click on IMEI number. Device Settings window will open.

Open

Click on Dealer and choose your sub-dealer from a drop-down list.

Click Update button.

Transfer of few devices

Step 1: Filter our device for transfer.

Using Devices tab, filter, click on advanced search.

Click Search button.

Open

Step 2: Select devices.

Tick boxes on the left to IMEIs:

Step 3: Click Mass operations.

Open

Change to a sub-dealer you want to transfer.

Note. "Mass Operations" button becomes active only after selection of devices.

Press Next

Open

And then Save
