Firmwares

Firmware is the combination of persistent memory and program code and data stored in it. It provides the control program for the device.

Effective Aug 1, 2025All new SDK devices will be shipped with 02_001 firmware or higher, cannot be downgraded to 135 or lower, due to cyber security regulations.

Firmware's are created by Xirgo Global team only, depending on the HW version.

You can update FW for specific devices if necessary, although you should always consult Xirgo Global support team before the update.

We do not recommend to make firmware updates if device is working properly.
