Devices SDK
SDK devices tab holds main information related to device creation, editing and status.
User can easily manage his units through this panel.
Search parameters.
Devices can be filtered by one or more criteria, f.e. Dealer name, hardware version, firmware version etc.
Note. If no filter is selected, list with all available units will be represented.
Or you can search for devices using Advanced Search. In there you can filter devices by writing the imei’s of the device
Devices actions.
Here user will find control buttons for all available actions.
Mass operations allows to make changes to more than 1 device at the same time, whether it would be transferring devices, changing firmware's, configurations, phone numbers, etc.
2.Download list, allows to download device list as CSV file.
Advanced Search allows to search for devices using Advanced Search. In there you can filter devices by writing the imei’s of the device
Device settings.
Settings window is separated into two (three) parts: Settings and Information:
Settings - this part contains the following fields:
IMEI - device identification number;
Hardware version;
Dealer - name of the customer;
Preferred firmware - new selected firmware version;
New device config - settings template which is preferred to update on device.
Notes - optional field for internal customer information;
Phone number - telephone number of the SIM card inserted to the device.
2. Information - this part contains device status:
Current device config - currently used in device user settings template;
Settings progress - configuration update progress;
IMSI - international mobile subscriber identity (automatically read from SIM card);
Current firmware - currently used in device firmware;
Firmware progress - firmware update progress;
ICCID - identifier of the SIM card (automatically read from SIM card);
First activity - timestamp when device reported to XDM for the first time;
Last activity - timestamp when was the last time when device reported to XDM;
Created in system - when device was created in XDM;
Device name - used for engineers for name identification;
